Guided tours of Lyon

The tours are led by a professional guide and are specially designed to help international students to discover the different districts of Lyon (Vieux Lyon, Croix Rousse, Presqu'île, etc.)

Themed outings

The Alter Ego team organises themed outings to discover the cultural world of Lyon: visits to art galleries, street art outings, visits to cultural centres, etc.

Day trips

Outings are organised to enable international students to discover towns and regions close to Lyon. Guided tours and on-site activities (hiking, cruises, site visits, etc.) are available!

A welcome evening

At the start of each semester, a welcome evening is organised to welcome international exchange students in a "Frenchie" atmosphere.

(Buddy system)

Alter Ego brings French and international students together with the aim of encouraging cooperation and mutual help. The aim of this scheme is to promote the integration and inclusion of students through language exchanges and the discovery of new cultures.

Café

The Alter Ego team organizes meetings with a native speaker of a foreign language. The activity takes place in a friendly, intercultural atmosphere and is open to all students with a good level in the proposed language.

Meetings and outings scheduled throughout the semester to encourage exchanges between students on different intercultural themes - "arrival in France" meeting, international quiz, book clubs, international tea party, film debate, etc.
